Sersie Blue is a faith-based health coach and seminary graduate (MDiv). Fervency around using the word of God to inspire others to take charge of their health is her jam.
Gigi Carter is a certified nutritionist (MS) and fitness expert. She specializes in chronic disease prevention using plant-based nutrition education and lifestyle management concepts. Gigi and Sersie both overcame heart disease. Together, they created Healthy for My Purpose, a program birthed during the pandemic to address the impact of comorbidities and the disproportionate number of COVID-19 deaths in the Black community.
Healthy for My Purpose is designed to empower Christians to revolutionize their health and make connections between their health, faith, and divine purpose.
Sersie and Gigi are the women behind the wildly popular 5-Day Healthy Christian Woman Bootcamp, the “eat better, not less” Daniel’s Plate recipe website, and the Healthy for My Purpose Podcast. Sersie and Gigi recently launched their new book, Daniel Fast: Why You Should Only Do It Once. This book empowers the reader to refuse the king’s diet while daring to be a Daniel in their own life by using the Daniel Fast as a jumping-off point to a long-term sustainable lifestyle.
